Earlier this year, the Jewish Community of Oporto (CIP/CJP) signed a cooperation protocol with the Military Hospital of Oporto (HFAR/Porto) that allows members of the Community to get medical care at the Military Hospital.

The protocol offers many benefits to the Community members, for the Military Hospital of Oporto is a national reference in excellence and is able to provide medical care with affordable prices - whether for medical appointments, exams or surgeries.

"This protocol is a win-win relationship: on one hand, it expands the number of potential users in the Hospital, which shall lead to increased revenue; on the other hand, it offers the members of our Community with an option of medical care that is well-known for its quality and affordable prices.", stated Gabriel Senderowicz, President of the Jewish Community of Oporto.
