President Trump did a surprise press event in the Oval Office, celebrating religious freedom. "America was founded by people of faith, and it was settled as a haven for religious freedom., and we must also remain one nation under God. We will never let that phrase be stolen from us," he said.
The US President is not alone in his demands. Trump's key allies and a vast majority of his conservative Judeo-Christian base view him as the most vital and effective defender of God, faith, and religious liberty in modern society.
Communist elites increasingly become a punching bag worldwide. "They want to be God", said Tulsi Gabbard, the former U.S. Director of National Intelligence. "The push to alter the traditional understanding of gender is an example of humanity trying to rewrite the laws of nature".
Gabbard has described what she views as the core motivation behind secular political agendas, as "certain politicians and elites desire to be the ultimate master, creator, and controller of society. Those in power view religion as a competitor for the public's allegiance and seek to remove God from public life to consolidate their own control," she said.
Tulsi Gabbard defends her faith and God because her spiritual journey is central to her life. A devout Hindu, she refers to God as a source of strength, inner peace, and moral grounding. "If people have faith in God, they will not have unquestioning faith in the government."
A new report
Today, President Trump has received a report from the US Religious Liberty Commission that outlines recommendations for government, education, and the military. The administration maintains that it "has expanded GLOBAL religious freedom initiatives and defends faith communities against discrimination WORLDWIDE."
“My admin will study this report and work to strengthen religious liberty for generations,” Trump adeed. The White House Religious Liberty Commission report includes various specific provisions to combat antisemitism.
Regarding the defense of religious freedom in Western nations, the U.S. continues to utilize diplomatic channels and annual Department of State International Religious Freedom reports to monitor and condemn instances of religious persecution, discrimination, and rising anti-Semitism in Europe and other allied countries.
While the United States consistently promotes freedom of conscience internationally through bilateral discussions and international coalitions, foreign policy cannot directly dictate the domestic laws or internal policies of sovereign Western nations. Defending rights abroad relies primarily on diplomatic pressure, advocacy, and international agreements.
Communism
President Donald Trump and key figures from his intelligence apparatus, including CIA Director and former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, have frequently issued warnings about the rise of communism and left-wing ideologies in the West.
They argue that socialist and communist-style policies threaten traditional American values, religious freedom, and free enterprise. He has publicly warned that early promises of "free" amenities—which he mockingly describes as a way communism is easy to sell—will consistently lead to societal collapse, economic decline, and the suppression of democratic rights if allowed to take hold in the West.
On the domestic front, Trump has frequently claimed that the Democratic Party has been taken over by "godless Communists."
