The Portuguese Jewish News is a newspaper of the Jewish community for the Jewish community, sharing news, reportage, opinions and reviews regarding the Jewish community in Portugal, Europe and the world.
Given Jewish history in Europe and the rise of antisemitism in its many forms, Jewish institutions, persons and communities must not be unnecessarily, dangerously or discourteously exposed on the internet.
The project is operated on a voluntary basis, with no effective beneficiaries, independent of political and economic power, fully respecting the legislation applicable.

1. The Portuguese Jewish News é um órgão de informação multimédia acessível online, com notícias e análises relativas à comunidade judaica em Portugal, na Europa e no mundo.
2.  The Portuguese Jewish News é um projeto que funciona em regime de voluntariado, não tem beneficiários efetivos, é independente dos poderes político e económico e respeita a legislação aplicável à atividade jornalística.
3. The Portuguese Jewish News tem em conta que, face à história judaica na Europa e ao recrudescimento do antissemitismo em todas as suas múltiplas formas, as instituições, pessoas e comunidades judaicas não devem ser desnecessariamente, perigosamente ou desprimorosamente expostas na internet e nas redes sociais.
