"Tzedek, tzedek tirdof!" ("Justice, justice you will pursue!"). Kabbalah interprets this verse of Deuteronomy through the numerical values of the Hebrew letters and mystical codes. Legislators and justice professionals must strike a strict balance between rigor, love and mercy (Chesed), as whoever gives in to the forces of negativity (Kelipot), will face the corrective force of the Universe in his personal and family framework and will be condemned to reincarnation (Gilgulim) to correct his sins (Tikkun), perhaps in the animal or even mineral kingdom. The court of the cosmos (Beit Din shel Ma'alah) has the final say on the fate of each person, in light of the full picture of every action performed.

Israel's Foundations of Law Act (1980) states that if a law enforcement officer encounters a legal gap in civil law, he or she must resort to the "Jewish traditional principles of freedom, justice, equity and peace." This heritage anchored in the millennial rule Dinim is not only a theoretical assumption, but an active Source of Law that must be considered in the process of creating legislation and their application.

While in the Jewish world and, to a lesser extent, in the modern state of Israel, the Justice system is inspired by stable legal and civilizational precedents, Woke Justice in force in many countries is indecent in the light of any of the ancient ethical traditions, insofar as it attacks the identity, culture and history of each nation, and it is against consensus and popular customs over centuries, in violation of natural law and Divine law.

For a serious approach to this matter, it is first necessary to explain that the legal existence of a reality does not usually correspond to the reality of the facts. There is a fundamental difference between the texts of the laws (democracy, rights, freedoms for all) and the material reality (what happens in practice). A constitution can guarantee the separation of powers, which is a fair and beautiful principle, but which is worthless if in real life there is a cartel that has distributed its children and cronies to the political, judicial and media institutions. The constitution can impose respect for religious freedom to all public and private institutions, which is fantastic, but again is worthless if the cartel dares to dishonor any religious organization it wishes to destroy. The constitution may expressly reject the old methods of the Inquisition, which is to be applauded, but this becomes a mockery if in practice the police arm of the cartel is always mounted on procedures that were already prohibited by the inquisitorial regiments of the eighteenth century.

In a society that operates on a cartel base, ideological divergences, the topics under debate, the daily performance of the speaking classes, the power disputes, all this confusion is created and controlled by enlightened elites who are more or less mediocre to give a democratic air to the system and prevent constant purges. The system lives in fear of the mythological figure of Saturn, who devoured his own children to avoid being dethroned. The French Revolution never ended. The sound of the guillotine heard by the revolutionaries themselves is a shadow that frightens the cartels of modernity. No wonder the justice apparatus is under strict control.

The problem of the failed woke civilization begins in the creation of laws, which as a rule are a smear to the philosophy of law and to the rationality that surrounds the Universe. In the past, the law punished fraud. Today, fraud has taken over the law. Justice appears as an armed wing of the cartel and a kind of internal army that mixes with the "nightingale" of the media, perhaps the greatest favor-trafficking machine that humanity has ever known.

When someone furiously calls for respect for the constitution as if he were referring to the Decalogue, as a rule he wants to avail himself of some communist ‘right’ without the slightest correspondence with popular sentiment. Instead of respecting the sentiment of the overwhelming majority of the population, laws become tools for eliminating disparities based on race, sexual orientation and the word oppressed.

The woke legal model, invariably imposed by the coercion and propaganda of the cartel installed in each nation, moves away from popular traditions that value national cohesion, human quality and shared values. Nobody wishes for the division of the population into factions of the oppressed and oppressors. Between murderous slogans such as Free Sex and Free Palestine, individual merit is swept under the rug, as is superior intellectuality, the ability to work, and equal opportunities according to one's abilities. History ceases to be a master of life and becomes a manual of oppression not to be followed.

In general, the so-called constitutions have socialist roots cloaked in words such as "the primacy of the democratic rule of law to pave the way for a socialist society and a pluralist and compromise model". Pluralism is basically granted to socialist parties to a greater or lesser extent. Any other political group that moves a little away from the socialist facet is called Nazi by the press and at any time runs the risk of being outlawed by the constitutional court, a political court with judges appointed by the strongest parties and which deals directly with the examination of laws approved by parliament and the government.

Another perverse toast of the communist cartel laws is the so-called fight against corruption, which in practice should be called the corrupt fight against corruption. Always and everywhere this fight operates selectively, since it was created to protect specific interests and ruin potential competitors. The cartel has found an easy way to eliminate opponents, whether political, economic or cultural, because there is nothing better than the word corruption to discredit opponents (by the system's press), to create barriers to the entry of new competitors (through obscure laws) and even to persecute them with confiscation and imprisonment (by the judicial authorities). The choice of the Attorney General of the Republic and the directors of the police is up to the government.

The naïve popular idea that corruption always implies the waste of public resources by politicians without acceptable ethics is far from encompassing the entire legal concept. For any citizen to be tainted, it is enough to exist, it is enough to work, it is enough to obtain remarkable results in any relevant area, because everything can be interpreted by the new Jesuits as a supposed advantage, even if future or spiritual.

The logic of the fight against corruption in the private sector has been to place the State as the arbiter of what is good or bad for people, companies or associations, or what their principles should be, their suppliers, or even the merit or quality of the members of the association under scrutiny. The armed wing of justice is not isolated in this fight, as the "nightingale" is always at the service of the cartel.

The fight against corruption has become a public danger, promoting constant investigations based on fake news, anonymous denunciations, grudges, revenge and everything that the mind can conceive. The results of this trend have been the destruction of the free market, the production chains, the economy, and most importantly, the dumbing down of the population. It is not uncommon to see citizens without bread, without culture and without a future nervously debating about minutiae that should not interest them in the slightest, from a mere civil servant who received a handful of coins, to a politician imprisoned because of a bag of fish.

It is during a murderous circus that the cartel defines what it calls criminal policy priorities (corruption, tax fraud, money laundering, seizure of assets, racism, domestic violence committed by men against women, etc.), forcibly enforced by politically appointed individuals to run the justice system, and a vast network of officials animated by the desire to please the bosses.

If the cartel laws are already very bad, the procedures of the justice machine are even worse. Employees work as if they were in Leningrad in the 1930s, as a system of bonuses is in place for operators who show results, including career promotions, tender hugs from the hierarchy, positive news in the newspapers, likes on social media networks, and, of course, there is never a shortage of the usual journalists in jeans requesting an interview. The employee is dazzled by all this, without realizing that his pure soul has just died, because he accepted it to be a mere tool of social engineering. He will no longer be able to say that it was worth living.

It is not impossible for an employee to be totally independent, to the point of facing the bosses, but in this case, instead of bonuses, he will be put on the woke cartel's blacklist. This is how we live in times of democracy and freedom, provided for by law but which represent a farce in real life.

At least, at the time of the Inquisition, secular justice was independent and not even the king dared to interfere in the decision of cases. A visit by the Inquisition to Porto in the seventeenth century was marked by friction with the city's judicial authorities, who, bothered by immoral procedures and the terror installed in the New Christian community, sent guards on horseback to surround the ecclesiastical court. The Inquisitorial Visitor, feeling persecuted, traveled to Spain to complain to King Dom Filipe, but he turned his back on him because he could do nothing.

The Jewish communities

The Jews do not fit into any of the categories of oppressed protected by the woke system. They are not of a singular race, nor are they immigrants, nor trans. They are perceived as plutocrats, whites, colonizers and oppressors, from which it follows that they are excluded from the long list of those who are protected. It is repulsive to read the wording of the crime of discrimination provided for in the penal codes of countless nations. Where do the Jews fit in? They do not fit.

The socialist countries that claim to like the Jews follow the calamitous example of the USSR. Constant tribute is paid to dead Jews. As for living Jews, they are only respected if they are totally useless individuals and serve the Party in some way. This is nothing new. This was the case in the Soviet homeland in many cities, from Moscow, Kiev, Odessa and Minsk, while at the same time the Judaism of 3 million people collapsed.

The cartel game is always the same. In Belgium, the press of the local oligarchs published strange reports about circumcision in Judaism, followed by the mobilization of associations, before the police raided the homes of the great rabbis, seizing everything they could, to try to cook up evidence of crimes. At the same time, in Spain, the leader of the Jewish community of Madrid was slandered on public television for 15 minutes and since then he has been waiting for a visit from the police, who will steal everything he has, to construct some indecent theory. In the end, the justice system will find a way to say that he was not persecuted for no reason. This is the famous woke-justice.

Woke justice shows its communist and inquisitorial teeth full time. While in the labour courts, the bosses as a rule always lose, in the penal apparatus the most desirable targets are rich Jews, who represent everything that the cartel does not want in terms of tradition and psychology. The result is what is known. Jewish life is in the crosshairs. Religious and associative freedom are trampled underfoot. There is violation of the freedom of conscience of the targets. Crude evidence is riddled with generalities. Rascal plebs are given a license to slaughter people of superior value. Slanderous denunciations are made by convicts. Mail of the defendants is seized to be forged and used against them. The persecutory process drags on for years. Elites are excited to support the work of the inquisitors.

In Portugal, what aroused the cartel's fury against the European Jewish community, which has two synagogues and two museums and is the leader in the promotion of Jewish culture, was the perception that an important social entity could be on the rise. The cartel is mediocre and does not want the country "invaded" by those who founded it and made it an empire. It fears the Jews, especially the "Rothschilds" of Portuguese blood, about whom praise has never been heard, whether they were from the USA (Solomon), India (Salem), China (Mocatta), Russia (Gunsburg Porto) or London (Montefiore).

Another important factor must be taken into account. It is not a secret that the woke system is obsessed with the Palestinian question and that it rejects the Israeli Jews. The Hamas hostages were a great disgrace to the system, as they destroyed the fantastic theory that no one had Portuguese origins. In the meantime, the country is filled with more than 1 million poor people and radical Islamists.

The Jewish community feels like it is living on the island of snakes off the coast of the state of São Paulo, one of the most restricted places in the world. Yet, surprisingly the institution is not bothered much by living like this, given that it is even more focused on honoring its present, past, and future. The woke system will fall one day and the community will still be standing and pointing an accusing finger at it. Many greetings and above all, much fraternity.
