On July 1, the Jewish Studies Department of the Jewish Community of Lisbon (CIL) marked the conclusion of its 20th Academic Year (2025/2026) with a ceremony held at the Dr. Elias Baruel Library, in the Shaaré Tikvá Synagogue.
The event included the presentation of certificates to participants in the Department's courses. Throughout the academic year, approximately 100 students attended the courses offered by the Jewish Studies Department, reflecting a continued interest in learning and in deepening their knowledge of Jewish culture, history, and tradition.
Registration for the next academic year will open next week.
