This Sunday, September 1, the Jewish Community of Oporto celebrated the European Day of Jewish Culture, on which the Synagogue, the Jewish Museum, the Holocaust Museum and kosher restaurants were open to the general public.
The date is celebrated annually in the main cities of Europe on the first Sunday in September. This was the third year that the Jewish Community of Oporto joined the event, which was attended by thousands of people.
