On Thursday, November 7th, 2,500 students from Portuguese schools visited the Holocaust Museum in Oporto to commemorate Kristallnacht. The event was sponsored by the British Embassy in Portugal, which covered the transportation costs for the students.
The event was attended by the British Ambassador to Portugal, Lisa Bandari, the new Israeli Ambassador to Portugal, Oren Rozenblat, and the Vice-President of the Oporto Municipality, Filipe Araújo.
