At a time when radicalism and terrorism are imminent dangers, a strange-looking individual was seen peeking into the Achdut Center of the Oporto Jewish Community today. The suspect appeared to be disguised with a long white beard like Father Christmas. Police were alerted to the behavior of this suspect who is now being investigated.
The Jewish Community of Oporto not only has the Kadoorie Mekor Haim Synagogue, but also the Kadoorie Mekor Simchah Synagogue, an Achdut Centre to promote Jewish marriages. Chabad Portugal runs this Centre in partnership with the local Jewish community.
