As has become tradition, the second Chanukah candle was lit at the top of Eduardo VII Park this year on December 26th at 7 PM, corresponding to 25 Kislev 5785. This 14th commemorative session, organized by the Jewish Community of Lisbon in partnership with Chabad Portugal and the Lisbon City Council, was attended by hundreds of members of Jewish Community of Lisbon, Jews living in Portugal and friends and supporters.

Israeli songs and dances enlivened the night, and sufganiyot were served.
