Talik Gvili will fly with the prime minister to Trump’s Dec. 29 Mar-a-Lago meeting as she presses for the return of her son Ran’s body from Gaza.
“We are more determined than ever to ensure the eternity of Israel,” the prime minister says.
In addition to the names of terrorists, Israel reportedly handed over a map with locations relevant to the search for Gvili’s remains.
On his first official visit to the country, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz highlights Berlin’s enduring responsibility to the memory of the Holocaust and the security of Israel.
"We're at the last stretch, and we have to be strong, for Rani, for us, and for Israel. Without Rani, our country can't heal," Talik Gvili told Reuters.
