Of the 28 bodies that Israel was supposed to receive, only 9 have been delivered. The bodies of 2 Portuguese-Israeli hostages still remain in Gaza.
Among the hostages who returned to Israel, three hold Portuguese citizenship.
Of the 48 people still in captivity in Gaza, it is believed that only about 20 remain alive.
Hundreds of people attended the book launch in Lisbon and Oporto.
