Israeli President Isaac Herzog said Rabbi Ishak Haleva would be remembered as "a great leader and educator."

The house is part of the Network of Jewish Quarters of Portugal, an organization in which the Municipality of Penamacor was a founding member.

"The Angel of Death of São Tomé" is the name of the book which will be published with the sponsorship of the Jewish community of Oporto.

This publication is part of a collection promoted by the ISCSP Jewish Studies Laboratory.
