Between February 5 and 9, about 5,000 Jewish women leaders from over 100 countries are gathering in New York for the largest global summit of Jewish female leadership, the International Conference of Chabad-Lubavitch Emissaries.

During the conference, participants are discussing some of the most pressing challenges facing Jewish communities worldwide. Topics include the empowerment of Jewish university students, mental health and trauma support, guidance for young people in building families, the Jewish response to antisemitism, and support for emerging Jewish communities.

Portugal is represented at the event by three Chabad emissaries: Raizel Rosenfeld of Chabad Cascais, Hanna Chettrit of Chabad Oporto, and Chana Wagner of Chabad Algarve, who are taking part in discussions and exchanging experiences with leaders from around the world.
